Ten years ago, I looked like I had it all together. A successful TV producer in New York City, checking all the boxes, but quietly falling apart behind the scenes.

Until one night in 2011, I dropped to my knees and asked the Universe for help.

That moment cracked everything open.

What followed was a full spiritual awakening. I started studying manifestation, rewiring my mindset, and healing years of stored emotions.

Within months, I was promoted out of the blue, moved into my dream NYC apartment, and met the man who would become my husband.

But the biggest shift wasn’t external.

It was energetic.

Today, I help other women do the same.
